Since 2000, we have been training practitioners in team coaching through cohorts . We've had the joy and honor of working with amazing professionals over these years, engaging in the art and science of team coaching.

Now it is time to create cohorts around our team tools specifically.

These are tools we have created and used over the past 25 years. We've brought these tools in as a whole or in parts (microtools) when we engage with clients while team coaching, 1:1 coaching, facilitation, training, and advising. We've successfully brought these tools in to  leaders at the top and cascaded these same tools across entire organizations, increasing capacity and effectiveness while also, and perhaps more importantly, elevating the levels of humanity at work.

YOUR LICENSE AS AN ACTIVE MEMBER
You receive a non-exclusive license to use Corentus Intellectual Property (IP) - including team tools, frameworks, materials, and resources - in your professional practice.

YOU CAN:

• Use Corentus IP in client engagements: 1:1 coaching, team coaching, facilitation, workshops, and other professional services (groups of 25 people or fewer from the same organization)
• Keep versions of the Corentus IP you received during your membership, even after cancellation
• Customize materials for your client needs (add your logo, adjust colors)
• Use with unlimited clients and client teams within the 25-person group limit

YOU CANNOT (without Train the Trainer certification):

• Offer public workshops where people from different companies register
• Deliver to groups larger than 25 people
• Share your membership access, each person needs their own membership
• Train other practitioners to use Corentus IP, methods, or approaches
• Resell Corentus IP as a stand alone product without a reseller agreement

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Is there a trial period?
A: Yes! You have 15 days to explore the membership. If it's not right for you for any reason, contact us for a full refund. Just note that Corentus IP cannot be downloaded during this period if you intend to request a refund.

Q: When can I access the materials?
A: You will receive access information via email within 24 business hours, This email will give you instructions on how to access our community platform where this special team tools membership area resides on the community platform.

Q: What if I join mid-month?
A: You will receive access to all Corentus IP shared with the cohort so far, 

Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes. Cancel anytime through your Shopify account at https://corentus-tls.myshopify.com/ or by emailing EngageUs@Corentus.com with subject "Cancel Membership." 

Q: What happens to the IP I received if I cancel?
A: You keep the version you have. You can use the Corentus IP you received during your active membership as long as your adhere to the terms of the agreement.

Q: Can I use this with multiple client teams?
A: Yes. Your license covers unlimited use with your individual clients and client teams (up to 25 people per engagement).

Q: Can I customize the materials?
A: Absolutely. Add your logo, adjust colors for client branding, and adapt examples to your context. You must give attribution to Corentus by, at a minimum, keeping the Corentus copyright on each page. We prefer you keep the Corentus logo and visible copyright on materials and add your branding or your client branding in addition.

Q: What if I want to work with groups larger than 25 people?
A: Contact EngageUs@Corentus.com with subject "Train the Trainer" to discuss options for larger groups and certification.

Q: What if my colleague wants to join?
A: Each practitioner needs their own membership. Memberships cannot be shared.

Q: How long do I need to stay a member?
A: There is no minimum commitment. This is month-to-month. Stay as long as it serves you and your practice.

Q: Will the price increase?
A: We will honor the monthly rate you purchased as long as you remain continuously active. If you cancel and rejoin later, you may be subject to current pricing.
