  While the sessions start at 12:05, we invite you to join us at the top of the hour for Connection Time: five minutes before the official session starts dedicated to informal conversation, allowing participants to relax and engage before smoothly transitioning into the agenda. This also provides a better transition time between commitments, giving participants a moment to take a breath, have a bio break, and reset before diving into the meeting.

No prior understanding of the Corentus Tool Mutual Accountability is necessary. You will receive access to this tool in the advanced learning portion of this program.

Important: This is an advanced team coaching course. A solid foundation in team coaching is essential for success. Please be ready to provide details about your previous training and experience in team coaching when you register for this course.

Integrating Mutual Accountability Into Team Coaching

This advanced learning lab equips team coaches with the expertise to integrate the Corentus Mutual Accountability Tools and Microtools into a team coaching engagement — one of the main focus areas of development for most of our client engagements. Through detailed exploration of methods in our Mutual Accountability Framework, learn to assist a team to generate clear requests, make clear agreements, manage progress, manage breakdowns, and acknowledge and learn from successes.

By participating in our program, you will:

• Obtain time-tested practical tools and microtools to foster greater levels of mutual accountability and trust between team members
• Gain comprehensive insights into the principles of mutual accountability and its critical role in transforming groups into high-performing teams
  Learn to effectively apply the framework, including techniques for generating actions, making clear agreements, managing progress, constructively addressing breakdowns, and acknowledging and learning from successes.
• Engage in applied practice (with feedback) to assist teams in addressing and learning from breakdowns
  Learn techniques to help teams proactively manage and learn from accountability breakdowns, promoting resilience and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Explore strategies for applying mutual accountability principles organization-wide
  Beyond the team(s) you are coaching, extend the benefits of clear and enhanced communication, trust, and mutual accountability.
