While the sessions start at 12:05, we invite you to join us at the top of the hour for Connection Time: five minutes before the official session starts dedicated to informal conversation, allowing participants to relax and engage before smoothly transitioning into the agenda. This also provides a better transition time between commitments, giving participants a moment to take a breath, have a bio break, and reset before diving into the meeting.

Prerequisites
No prior understanding of the Corentus Tool Mutual Accountability is necessary. You will receive access to this tool in the advanced learning portion of this program.
Important: This is an advanced team coaching course. A solid foundation in team coaching is essential for success. Please be ready to provide details about your previous training and experience in team coaching when you register for this course.
Integrating Mutual Accountability Into Team Coaching
This advanced learning lab equips team coaches with the expertise to integrate the Corentus Mutual Accountability Tools and Microtools into a team coaching engagement — one of the main focus areas of development for most of our client engagements. Through detailed exploration of methods in our Mutual Accountability Framework, learn to assist a team to generate clear requests, make clear agreements, manage progress, manage breakdowns, and acknowledge and learn from successes.
By participating in our program, you will:
