Prerequisites
This is an advanced team coaching course. A solid foundation in team coaching is essential for success. Please be ready to provide details about your previous training and experience in team coaching when you register for this course.
Important: Registration for this program assumes proficiency in one or more additional modalities such as teaching, facilitating, facilicoaching, and consulting/advising. The focus of this program is learning how to pivot seamlessly between these modalities within team coaching engagements.
ADVANCED TRAINING IN TEAM COACHING
Pivoting --From Team Coaching to Another Modality
This advanced program is designed to empower team coaches with the dynamic Corentus technique of "pivoting," enhancing their ability to seamlessly transition between team coaching and other impactful modalities such as teaching, facilitating (including the unique FaciliCoach™ approach), and consulting/advising. Participants will master the art and science of strategically changing their team coaching "hat" and role in response to the team's needs, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in every interaction. Emphasizing the importance of somatic presence and precise language, this course offers a deep dive into making these pivotal shifts both impactful and understood by all team members, thereby amplifying the coach's impact and fostering team development.
- Learn to proficiently pivot between team coaching and teaching, facilitating, facilicoaching, and consulting/advising to address diverse team needs and situations.
- Gain skills in using specific entry and exit language that clearly communicates role changes to the team, ensuring mutual understanding and maximizing the impact of each modality.
- Understand the importance of somatic movements and presence in signaling role changes, and learn how to use this awareness to strengthen your connection with the team.
- Learn when and why to integrate various modalities into your team coaching practice, expanding your toolkit and adaptability, and making you more effective as a team coach.
- Learn to dynamically adjust your coaching approach based on real-time team dynamics and needs, fostering a more responsive and effective coaching environment.
