As organizations worldwide increasingly rely on teams and teamwork to drive business results, the demand for team coaching has never been more robust. Team coaches—practitioners skilled in making real-time interventions as a team performs real work—can generate powerful in-the-moment awareness, immediate shifts in actionable norms, and sustainable improvements in effectiveness and performance, unlocking a team’s collective talent and potential.

Because we’ve seen the immense, positive impact team coaching can have on organizations throughout our 20 years of experience, we have an unwavering commitment to advancing team coaching as a highly respected profession. In pursuit of this goal, we have thoughtfully designed a program that fosters growth and develops the core competencies for professionals who aspire to excel in team coaching. This foundational program also opens an opportunity to obtain an ICF ACTC!

If any one of these resonates with you, you are in the right place at the right time:

  • You seek a solid foundation in the key methods, skills, and core competencies of a skilled team coach.
  • You want to learn from seasoned practitioners perfecting and codifying team coaching for over 20 years across numerous sectors, industries, and countries.
  • You would like to add to your toolkit methods, tools, and techniques that leaders and team members can easily understand, quickly adopt, and use immediately to increase their productivity and effectiveness when working in teams.
  • You aspire to be part of a dynamic community of professionals where you can forge meaningful connections and support one another during the training process and well into the future.
  • You enjoy a small cohort experience—getting to know the faculty and fellow cohort members.
  • You are looking to obtain the ICF’s Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC)*.
